Can I add a border to my photo prints?

Yes, you can add colourful borders to your photo print while maintaining the same photo size you choose.

Can I add clip art or text to my prints?

Yes, for most products, but not for our Premium Prints or Large Photo Prints. Our customers especially love to add text and design elements to Retro Prints and Fine Art Prints.

Can I get my online prints any faster?

Yes. You can order Express Prints online and print them in-store at a CEWE Photostation in as little as 30 minutes.

What's the easiest way to print photos from my phone?

Printing photos from your phone is easy with Boots Photo. You can upload images from your camera roll and order photo prints online, through the Creator Software, the Boots Photo Mobile App, or in store at a CEWE PHOTOSTATION.

Do you offer photo printing in black and white?

Yes, you can create black-and-white photo prints using our Creator Software. Simply upload your photo, then double-click the image to open the editing tools. From there, choose a black-and-white filter before adding your photo print to your order.

Can I edit my photo before ordering it?

Yes, but only if ordering through the Creator Software via your computer. You can’t edit your photo directly online, but you can use the 'Image enhancement' option.

When will I receive my photos?

Delivery time will depend on the type of prints you order and your chosen shipping method. For more details about our estimated delivery times, see our Print Price and Delivery List.

How to print the highest quality photos?

For the best-quality photo prints, choose a print size that matches your image’s aspect ratio to help avoid unwanted cropping. Upload the original, highest-resolution version of your photo where possible, as enlarging a small or low-resolution image can affect how sharp it looks when printed.

What paper do you use for your photo printing?

At Boots Photo, we print your photos using high-quality photographic paper as standard, with the option to upgrade to premium gloss or matte paper from Fujifilm.

What size photos can you print at Boots?

At Boots Photo, you can print standard photo sizes of 5 x 3.5", 6 x 4", 6.5 x 4.5" and 7 x 5". You can also choose from speciality photo formats, including Retro Prints and Photo Booth Strips, or enlarge your favourite images with our Large Photo Printing service.
