World Photography Day
World Photography Day: Celebrate Moments of Summer
World Photography Day is an annual, worldwide celebration of art, craft, science, and the history of photography. This year, it takes place on Friday 19th August and is a chance for us to appreciate the joy that photography brings.
Without photography, our memories would just be moments in time and we wouldn’t be able to treasure all that life brings us. From photos of life’s big moments such as weddings, reunions, and celebrations to the little, but equally special, moments of everyday life, like an unexpected rainbow or your little one’s cheeky grin.
Moments of Summer
This summer, as part of the CEWE Photo Award, we're challenging you to capture your most memorable summer moments. Whether you’re a professional photographer or it’s a hobby for you, it’s time to share the beauty of your world with us.
You could win a £500 travel voucher as well as a voucher for a CEWE PHOTOBOOK. Enter the Moments of Summer competition here. You will have the option to submit your photo into the main CEWE Photo Award as well – so even more chances to win a prize!
