How to play photo dominoes

A child plays with a personalized photo puzzle made from images of happy moments. Arranged on a bright sofa.

Game instructions

The domino deck consists of 28 cards.

Objective
The aim of the game is to be the first player to place all your domino cards.

Setup
Shuffle the cards thoroughly. If there are 2 players, deal 7 cards to each player. Deal 6 cards each if there are 3 or 4 players. Place the remaining cards face down on the table. Flip one card face up and place it in the center of the playing area, leaving space for additional cards.

Gameplay
Decide who will start the game. Play will proceed clockwise. Players can only place cards that match either the value or the image of the cards at the ends of the row. If a player cannot match a card, they must draw one from the face-down pile and add it to their hand. If there are no face-down cards remaining, the player must skip their turn. The game continues until one player has placed all their cards. If no player can make a move and the draw pile is exhausted, the winner is the player with the lowest total points in their remaining cards.
